Creative Errors
When you're uploading creatives, there's a chance you will run into errors. Here are the errors you may encounter and solutions to them!
Error:To complete the ad creation process, upload an HTML file or Mrec and try again.
Solution: For standard ads, make sure to upload an HTML ad. If you are modifying a DPA ad, make sure to reference our Dynamic Product Ads - DPAs requirements for MRECs.
Error: Insufficient privileges to upload file type
HTML.Solution: Contact your AppLovin rep to grant your account permissions to upload endcards.
Error: Not supported asset
Solution: Please modify your file to fit our requirements. You can reference the video and endcard requirements here .
