Step-by-Step Guide

    Add a new feed: Click the "+" button in the feeds section.
    Set up basic details: Provide a feed name and select the source of your data.
    Choose the template: Select the Axon feed template.
    Review mappings: Check the attribute mappings and optimise them if needed.
    Handle categories: Map the Google Category ID manually, or use AI to map it automatically if you don't have it.
    Generate and share the URL: Create the feed URL and provide it to Axon.

Option 2: Self-Serve Feed Setup Instructions

To create your own Axon-compatible feed:
    Go to the Feeds Page in your Genus AI dashboard.
    Click “Build New Creative Feed.”
    Under Feed Channel, select “Axon” as the output channel.
    Add your AI-powered smart templates and generate the feed.
    Click “Use in Axon” and select “Set up with Feed URL.”
    Update the Feed URL on Axon Ads Manager, more guidance  here .
Once connected, your feed will automatically sync updates—such as catalog changes, product availability, pricing, and creative designs—directly with Axon.

  • Setting up a catalog feed on Marpipe is easy and straightforward. On  Marpipe :
    Navigate to the output feed page
    Click "New Output Feed"
    Choose single treatment feed
    Then click advanced options and change the format to Axon
    Click create and then proceed to  add designs  to your feed and publish

If you're using  GoDataFeed  to manage your product catalog, setting up a feed for Axon is easy. Just follow the steps below, details  here .
    Navigate to the top menu bar and click "Feeds" to bring up the Feed's menu. To add a new feed you will click the blue "+ ADD FEED" button
    Click "BROWSE CHANNELS"
    Click the search field to begin typing "Axon" and click the search icon. Once the results update you can the click "Select" button to add the feed template to your account.
    You will then be prompted for any changes to your account.
    Once finish on the account setting, you will begin the mapping process or compiling for the feed.
    Once you add the feed template, the feed may automatically trigger and begin updating. To begin setting it up, click "Mapping" to navigate to the mapping section of the feed.
Then you can follow the rest steps  here  to finish mapping your feed.

Before you publish your feed, make sure all fields are free of unwanted characters (commas, newlines, carriage returns). DataFeedWatch provides built-in tools to clean or replace these characters:
  • Navigate to Edit Values & Types within your feed rules.
  • Use the Remove Single Value or Replace Values options to strip out commas (,), line breaks (\n), and carriage returns (\r).
