Specifically, the NC CPP campaign is the first New Customer campaign available for AppLovin Beta participants and is designed to minimize cost per new customer purchase.

In order to only focus on New Customers, AppLovin uses pixel data to help deprioritize audiences with your past purchasers. By integrating Shopify past orders (directions here), advertisers can increase the portion of past purchasers that are excluded from these campaigns and boost results.
